10-28-2010 3B's is thorough and attentive to detail, from the initial scheduling appointment through the instructions on how to prepare your carpets, the cleaning itself with top of the line equipment, and follow up service. John knows carpet cleaning and will give you as much in-depth knowledge of this specialty as you care to hear. His lesson on vacuums helped immensely some months later when my old vacuum died. It saved me a ton of time to walk into Walmart and find exactly the kind of machine he had described, in my budget. And the carpets look great. He will follow up with you and be "your carpet guy." 9-4-2010 We had our wood floor cleaned by John of 3B's Carpet and Floor Care Service. The results are great! He was plain and simply AWESOME! Found his web page and called his number for a quote. He answered right away and came out to our home the same day! He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable about what had to be done to our floors. He even shared his cleaning and maintenance tips with no hesitation! He didn't beat around the bush and was straight forward. Others we've called claimed to be licensed and bonded but wouldn't even give us their license number! The fact that 3B's Carpet and Floor Care Service is a part of the BBB was a very important factor in hiring him for the job! "You can never get service like i did from 3B's Carpet Care, John is the type of person, that you felt like you have known him forever, I have never had great service like I had with this Co. John was very helpful with cleaning tips, that I have tried, and the use of vinegar works great. 9/23/2011 John did a great job on our carpet! All the stains and dirt was gone, it looked great and felt so soft. John was friendly and very knowledgeable. He recommended a vacuum to buy, which we did and we love it. He occasionally calls to check up on the carpet and I don't have any complaints.
