3B's is thorough and attentive to detail, from the initial scheduling appointment through the instructions on how to prepare your carpets, the cleaning itself with top of the line equipment, and follow up service. John knows carpet cleaning and will give you as much in-depth knowledge of this specialty as you care to hear.
His lesson on vacuums helped immensely some months later when my old vacuum died. It saved me a ton of time to walk into Walmart and find exactly the kind of machine he had described, in my budget. And the carpets look great. He will follow up with you and be "your carpet guy."
