When I contacted 3B's to clean my carpet for my daughters graduation party, John was very accommodating to my needs. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process of cleaning the carpet and caring for it on my own.

It took them about 3 hours to clean my whole house (2400 sq ft.). They got all the pet stains, hair, and food stains. What's nice is that my carpet was clean within 2 hours of them finishing because of the foam products they used.

My carpet looks and smells brand new again.
Well first off I would like to say that I'm new to the area and turned to yelp in a pinch to find a carpet cleaner for a mess that my dog made on my brand new carpet. I found 3B's on here and it was very apparent just reading the reviews that this company had their act together! John was absolutely amazing! From the time he picked up the phone he started helping us solve this crisis and giving advice. Once he got to our house he educated us on all the things that flooring companies never tell you and when I say educate, I mean he took 30+ minutes to explain things to us and answer questions!! The carpet was so much better after he cleaned it and smell was completely gone. I can't say enough great things about John and his impeccable customer service!!
